1. Overview & Data Minimization
ToolsFire is committed to protecting your privacy. We design our online tools so that user-entered text, JSON payloads, passwords, and uploaded images are processed ephemerally and are never logged or stored in our database or application logs.
2. Ephemeral File Processing
When you use image tools in browser mode, your files never leave your device. When you opt for server-side image processing, uploaded files are validated in temporary storage and purged automatically within minutes.
3. First-Party Aggregate Analytics
We record aggregate, non-identifying tool usage metrics (such as tool open counts, success/failure counts, referring domain, and device category) to improve platform reliability. We do not store raw IP addresses; short-lived rate limiting uses a daily-rotated cryptographic HMAC hash.
4. Third-Party Analytics & Google AdSense
When configured, we may use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic analysis and Google AdSense to display non-intrusive advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
